We washed our car at Caresso and the vehicle was damaged by their machineDuring the wash. We spoke directly with the owner and he told me to contact our insurance company as this is why we have insurance and told me we are very lucky our vehicle didn’t damage their machine, Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour from a business owner.

Very efficient and quick. Even after a trip from the Free State to Cape Town one drive through gave us a nice shiny car back. Great job guys. Great service from start to finish.

I went back as I was unhappy with the work done on my car, (I also found that I had stains on my car which was not their fault) HOWEVER, the attitude from certain female staff members was so disgusting! I was told to go through again, and my car was still dirty when I left the second time. Never again!

If you don't have alot of time but need your car washed, then this will be the place, pending the how many cars it'll take you 5 minutes to go through the machine and then your done .

Caresso Carwash @ Elto-Towers, 2 van Riebeeck Rd, Kuils River.We usually have the R110 option which is a quick wash ( which is even shorter than it was before) because of the water shortages. Although we don’t have that problem anymore, the wash is still ridiculously short. When the wash is done then you supposed to get a hand dry. These guys rushes so fast through the drying that the side windows and the back of the car is so wet, that by the time you get home, the dust has dirtied the car again. I am however happy with the vacuuming as they do a good job but some of the staff obviously takes chances when it comes to drying the car.

Quick, friendly and very affordable.UpdateAfter making use of the subscription service which include unlimited washes for the month I was told a few days ago that its actualy only 6 washes and not unlimited. I have called the office where they said 3days ago that the manger will call me back but no repsonse yet. I emailed them 2 times and no response. Pathetic Customer Service .

Your car wash does not wash properly, im very dissapointed because it is very expensive. I regret washing my car there, your people cant even wipe the car nicely. Its just expensive for nothing. My car wind screen was dirty, even the front of my car was dirty. I hate your service, nxa!!!
