Sasol Cape Road

4th time we are going there around 6 or 7pm and no petrol .Petrol attendant tells us to come during the day , so why is there petrol in the day but not at night? Bought electricity last night 15/08/2022 and the lady gave me R10 less electricity than what I gave her. So how many others have this been happening too and they don't notice.

Always try to fill up there, support local they say, but 70% of the time no fuel. No signs and no attendants to tell you that.Where is the fuel disappearing to? Come on, shake things up. Be proud South African.I've been reading the answers of the owner and most are the same since day one. So if you/ management is taking care of the problem why is the problem not resolved? Like one person said, just a car wash and a kiosk. Terribly disappointed.

Don't waste your time going for petrol. Most times, they don't have any. On 5 different occasions I have gone over the course of 4 months, everytime the petrol attendant said that there was no fuel. No reason given as to why. Utterly useless.

I passed there again on Wednesday night after 20:00pm and there were orange crates up at each pump with no one in sight probably inside due to the cold. this particular Sasol is making the name bad when the other Sasol's are open and have people there. I have emailed this review to sasol as well.About a year agoThis is the third time, I went to Sasol on cape rd and Hawthorne rd and they don't have petrol. Does management not get stock for the new month in time before prices hike? This seem to be the only Sasol who doesn't have petrol often.

The one star is not for the staff, who are awesome and friendly, but for the fact that 2 out of 3 times when I stop there is no petrol. Is there a financial problem or is it poor management?

No generator with load shedding, no feul and No water in bathrooms

Always when I get there theres no fuel even attends are not around nor come around to say sorry we haven't got fuel???

What excellent service I received this afternoon from Sasol when I went to pour petrol on my last cent and the kind owner who took out his wallet and paid for my petrol of R100. I was teary all the way to fetch my soon I still can't believe that there are still good people out there. God bless him with many more where he took from and his entire family. Thank thank you for the the excellent service..

This morning I attempted to return a empty 9Kg gas cylinder that I purchased, including a required deposit, last year from this establishment. The 3 people on duty in the shop refused to refund me my deposit on the empty bottle return. I produced the receipt of the purchase.It was stated by them that clients are not entitled to a refund on cylinder returns.Please share your refund policy on the deposit urgently.8 DAYS have passed since my complaint with a response from the owner" in which it was stated that the retail management team would get in touch with me on the issue. An automated e-mail message stated that i would receive a response within 8 to 24hours. Still not a word from the team.So much for customer service from Sasol Shocking to say the least..Still no reaction about a deposit when a customer returs an empty gas cylinder. Date today
