We visit Tenpin regularly. Well organised restaurant. Staff is friendly and attentive. Try out their Lindie breakfast for R70 you get 2 eggs, toast, fried tomato, cheese griller, fried mushrooms and a beef patty. Well worth it!

Always go to Ten Pin loved it there. But on this particular occasion I unfortunately encountered a very rude staff member (Ivy) very impatient, spoke fast and not in a language we could understand, made a scene several times in the restaurants just humiliating us and very slow customer service.

The place is great for a hang and play bowling while enjoying your favourite dish with beer or wine. However, you may opt to avoid them on busy days such as Friday and Saturday evenings. The service turns to the tank, which can ruin the experience.

I had a horrible experience. One waiter named STEVE (BAR TENDER) needs to be taught how to speak to customers. Not only was he rude but egostic and mean.. He was angry at a customer for not knowing their waiter's named and asking him to bring them water ... When he was approached to rectify the matter he was disrespectful.... I would like to believe that their waiters are taught valuable respect and that it's just his upbringing which went wrong

We went to tenpin on 2021-08-16We were told that the bowling alley was full but after hours the staff permitted multiple groups to play and rejected us.We booked to play at 19:00 and at 20:20 we were told that we are not allowed to enjoy a match of bowling.Not worth it. The rude staff except for a lady called Nora (whose service was exceptional) did not allow us to play a round and rather let 3 other groups play.Extremely dissatisfied. Never coming back again.

Besides the service I always enjoy myself when I'm there. The long Island cocktail from there is my favorite. Not forgetting to always have a game of bowling every chance I get. It gets packed sometimes. The food is nice for me.

We went to Tenipin at 13:00, 17:11 we got our food the added ekstra drinks we didn't have, I'm highly disappointed in this place... We played bowling to get the time past and the bowling floor was broken 3 times while we were playing and the toilets were discussing shame on you!!!
