I am horrified you give a parcel with my name and surname to someone called Linny ???? Where is my parcel ? This is theft ?! Who is Linny?

Sent a package to a client of mine on the 18th of December 2022. Fast forward to the 11th of January 2023; the client calls and finds out the package is missing and cannot be found. Called Aramex in a business capacity to escalate the matter and was told by the customer service that I would be called right back by management. It is now 12 Hours later; still no call nor resolution.If you are looking for a courier company which takes care of the customers and its clients; stay FAR away from Aramex. The worst customer service ever experienced and no regard for anyone.Had I been given the choice; your rating would be 0/5 on Google.FIX YOUR TERRIBLE SERVICE AND GET YOUR HEADS STRAIGHT!

Absolute worst delivery service!!! I've been waiting for more than a week to receive a parcel from Kimberley to Cape Town. The tracking app just says out for delivery"

Was very skeptical because 2 years ago I had a very cheeky driver with lots of attitude. Came across him twice. Never had anything delivered from Aramex since then. Ordered on Shein and usually Buffalo and Fastway is the courier, but this time it was Aramex. I was very worried because I remembered my previous experience and came to read the google reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to see that their service was so quick and efficient. My parcel only took about 5 working days and was delivered in good condition. The driver Mr Ricardo was very helpful and friendly. Thumbs up to Aramex!

Shocking service I used the click to courier service to arrange a collection no where did it say that I had to have a waybill printed. The courier arrived for the pick up without a Waybill & refused to take the parcel as there was nothing showing on their System???? Also there is no phone number on the website so no way to call them and no one got back to me after the unsuccessful pick up. I paid for a service that was not delivered. Won’t use them again.

Disgusted! I sent my parcel out on Thursday last week. It's been in JHB since Friday morning and has been marked Out for delivery". This was 6 days ago. No one answers the call center phone/s. There is no way to get hold of them. I've spent a fortune on airtime trying to call their office/s. The one time they did answer they said the system was down and they would call me back. Nothing. I'm disgusted in this service! USE ANOTHER COMPANY!"

Terrible. They couldn't get a hold of me via my phone due reasons out of my control. (not sure why they just arrive at my front door to deliver seeing as I was home?) Now the delivery has been on hold for a couple days. No way to contact the delivery guys directly, the call centres are a nightmare. Only to find out that the outlet is 3kms from my delivery location, guess I'll be driving there myself

This place deserve zero stars. I booked a parcel on friday. Its Monday afternoon and not even picked up yet. I always use pudo only but had no choice... never again. Also no answers. Pathetic beyond
