Norman -owner very knowledgeable but abrasive most times .After sales service is therefore totally unacceptable due to his abrasiveness .Paid for Laptop PLUS labour to transfer ALL data for previous machine ; but NOT done in full.Will not make use of service again other than guarantee on product reluctantly!
