Absolutely appalled by the level of service; line speeds & sporadic connectivity!We moved from one ISP to an even worse one in iBits, so please learn from us and don’t waste your time with iBits.The kicker is that we get told by iBits that the poor connection is caused by our internal network, so I upgrade everything spending over R10,000 to be hard wired and still don’t get more than 12mbps on a 30mbps line.If you are considering using this company don’t. For over two years we’ve dealt with inconsistent connections and never getting the line speeds that we pay for. It seems to be a usual complaint if you look through the reviews as everyone complains about poor speeds and connections going down all the time.We’ve spent a lot of time researching new ISP’s in the area and it seems that the guys from “Lomoto” come out tops so we are in the process of moving across to them.

Very bad service. If you want to increase or decrease your package, they won't do it unless you let them know before the 20th.?! In what age are we living? Even if you offer to pay with cash/credit card upfront, they refuse. I definitely do not recommend struggling this much with anyone.

they are perthitic I ordered 30mb but the speed is horrible some days it is 20 and some days it is 0.81 very unstable speeds

STAY AWAY!! They schedule a debit order even before giving you a connection. They refuse to tell you what your connection speed will be. They deducted R1000 even after i cancelled my order with them and even before they installed the service. These people will definately give you big problems.

So i am currently on my data due to not having a internet connection the whole day. They are pathetic and outrageous

Amazing service. Ridiculously efficient. Every single person I have ever interacted with at this company was beyond competent and always friendly. You guys should run the country!!Whoever is in charge is doing a stellar job -especially when it comes to selecting staff. Your team is next level.

Reason behind my rating is plainly I'm not getting the best internet I don't the the download and upload speed I pay for, when i download something i have my full download speed even maybe extra but when it comes to the upload I get almost 1 tenth of what its suppose to be and I play online games and it does not work.this is for the wireless not the fibre I can't speak for the fibre.

Extremely difficult to post a positive review due to the lack of proper service. The majority of the time the network speed is incredibly slow, there are even days where we have no connection at all. We've asked for assistance via email, but the only response we've received is a automated email that offers no help whatsoever.
