The guys were incredibly efficient, kind and went out of their way to be helpful.They’re not only fast, moving things in a way that protected the house and the furniture, but they were so polite and relaxed.Don’t get me wrong - moving still sucks! - but they made it suck way less. They took so much stress out of the situation and helped the move go smoothly.The owner Steve was really responsive on email in the lead up too, which helps put the mind at ease. Would definitely use again.

Had an amazing experience with Relocations WA when moving from Sydney. Steve was accommodating and easy to reach. A true door to door service including storage in Perth while we looked for a place to live. Not even a broken wine glass at the other end.

While we were unable to use their service for our relocation due to scheduling conflict, every aspect of our correspondence with Maria from Relocations WA was outstanding. Therefore the 5 star rating. Maria organised a video call in which she did a thorough analysis- checked our items, access points etc, gave lots of valuable advice and addressed our numerous questions. The process was un rushed and Maria was detailed and extremely courteous. The impression she gave us and her subsequent correspondence instilled in us a great sense of preference and confidence in Relocations WA. There were access issues at our apartment and Maria honestly did beyond what was required to try and secure a good deal for us. We truly appreciate this. Not being to finally use Relocations WA solely because of scheduling is really saddening for us but this is one company we will surely remember and use again should our circumstance require in the future. The process is simple and detailed. The pricing is highly reasonable and transparent. The customer service honestly outstanding!

Maria was really patient with all of my questions, particularly as I organised the move from one state to another, from somewhere else entirely! From the get-go Steve was completely professional with every aspect of the job. I approached Relocations WA for having a small relocation job done asap. They came back within a short time and offered their help with a reasonable price. The team were so professional and managed to complete the job so quickly. I am quite happy with their service and definitely recommend them if you are on the lookout for a good removalist.

I recently relocated from Qld to WA. Relocations WA collected and transported my gear over. Can't speak highly enough of them. Stephen kept in contact all the way to advise where transport was it. Excellent service. The guys were on time, and they packed and transported everything with care (even our real estate who were at the house when we were moving out were impressed, they asked for business cards). Booking was easy and responses were very quick. Due to settlement and key handover changing several times, Steve was able to accommodate us with every change without issue. Highly recommend Relocations WA!
