Since Merc Drive opened in Randburg, I've been taking my car to Werner. Whatever repairs/services the car requires I would only trust Werner and his team to carry out. Being in Cape Town, it was a worry when my 75 year old mum’s car needed a service. Trust isn’t always associated with the motor vehicle industry BUT what an amazing, professional experience by the Merc Drive team.1. They picked up my mum’s car, so she didn’t have to drive out to the workshop.2. They quoted and advised by 9am in the morning.3. And after finding a few other faults they quoted and quickly reverted.4. My mum received her around 3pm and they took along a card machine for a quick payment.Not an issue I could raise.
