The front desk lady makes you want to leave and never come back. I can overlook her not having a welcoming approach but her overall service is terrible. You’ll be speaking to her one minute then the next she’s picking up a call without excusing herself. The first time I went I brushed it off as festive stress but the second time I went I couldn’t even get around to making an appointment never mind trying to purchase hair.

Bad customer service, front ladies they are so rude, please educate your staff clearly they need training on how to treat customers inf fact all of them, I will never go there.
