Hi thereI just wanted to give you some feedback after purchasing a cake from you. I have been talking to you for about 2-3 weeks on a beautiful birthday cake for my 40 year old wife and as a guy I designed the cake to be what I thought she liked.... Which is to say an oriental cake. I sent you ideas of the cake and I received literally no further input from you as you are the person with all the experience here. I had an idea of what I would have liked it to be and I thought that you would render your experience in transforming my idea into something beautiful. Honestly you failed me.....From day 1, your issues getting the Buddha was put on me and you took no responsibility for wowing me as a client.The cake was utterly plain in design,The prints on the cake was horrible, it looked like you used glue to paste them on the cake.The block letters of her name wasn't even done in theme of the cake.I spent R1250 on a cake that was worth 500, if not less because as a professional you added zero value to my experience.I was honestly horrified when I saw the cake but with the birthday being the next day, I had no alternative but to accept what was given.I am so upset that my hard earned salary went to waste for this and I cannot believe that I paid so much for this.Honestly your consult was non existant and as a guy I didn't know much about trends and looks of a cake and you didn't help me.Yes, you made the cake I asked, but it looked plain, tacky and utterly amateur. I know you have talent but you honestly didn't do the job I expected. I sincerely wish you well in future, but you robbed me of a beautiful cake that I paid alot of money for...
