Looking at your prices for only a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom place is almost the price you pay for a 3bedroom and 2bathroom rented house ,its way way overpriced especially for an old person.

The inside of the units is very nice and the finishing touches are done with precision and great care . Also the gardensInside the roof is a different story .Beam filling is non existent . The isolation is patchy and does not even cover all the needed spaces . Brand new units wiring of the solar panels for the geaser is shocking . They say nothing can change because it is according to the same specs as the show house so I suggest that potential buyers do inspect inside the roof also .

Upmarket and affordable retirement facility in a very safe, friendly and homely environment for 50 years and older. Peace of mind with 24hr frail care and 24hr security available. Very active social committee to keep everyone occupied and happy with outings and entertainment
