All Pest provide great service to various strata schemes we manage, they were able to schedule in for a same day wasp/bee removal when called in for urgent works. Their pricing is competitive and I have received nothing but positive feedback from owners when they are on site.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Had them out for rodents, they were ineffective. Called them back to be told I was only a few days past their warranty so would have to pay. Got them back out. We're ineffective yet again. Made sure to call them back out within warranty (so I've had them out FOUR times now) and yet again I have rodents dying in my roof and eating their way through the ceiling into my cupboards. Called up to complain and literally got told by the manager we did our job

Darren from Allpest was extremely professional and did a very through job in addressing the pest problem in my home. It's so nice not to have to live without cockroaches! Wish I got him in earlier. He is great!

Very Professional and courteous team. From the team in the Call Centre to the technician that completed the work I could not fault them.Above all the technician was a knowledgeable young man that was friendly, respectful and very thorough.We'll definitely get them back every year.

Allpest came out to treat our house for roaches and spiders. The guy that came confirmed that we indeed had a spider infestation, the black common house spider and red backs were absolutely everywhere around our house, patio furniture etc. We also had issues with the large American cockroaches.The spider treatment worked amazingly, however roach numbers returned after couple of months when it was very warm. Contacted Allpest and they offered to do a top up treatment for free. I expected just a spot treatment of the patio area, but they really were very thorough and exceeded my expectations. In addition to doing a perimeter spray around the whole house, he treated 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. That's customer service. We will be using Allpest every year now for pest control and will recommend to friends and family.

I required two visits over a two week period due to high level of ant activity around my house. Each visit, the technician was highly professional, on time and efficient. Thorough treatment undertaken each time.

Tim showed up on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He talked me through each thing he was doing and made sure I was okay with it all. He even showed me a leaking pipe photo from under my house, just so I would know about it. Was super impressed with the service and would definitely recommend.

I organised a pest controller to come over to treat for ants, on the 3rd of March. And a follow up visit on the 17th of March because we still had decent levels of activity in the home.This seemed to workLess than 2 months later we have the same level of ant activity in the home so emailed Allpest to assist and told they only guarantee 1 month from visit and I will need to book and pay for another treatment.I don't expect it to be permanent but less than 3 months is unacceptable.For reference I just live in a normal size suburban home, not a giant property or out bush somewhere.
