Very unimpressed...message left on service managers phone as we are travelling in Kruger and have a leak on power steering system....reception told us they are fully booked for a week. Service manager did not even have the decency to return our call.

Phone calls only get answered after the 12th time and no follow up calls are made, ever! Very sad from a name that used to be right at the top where customer service was everything.

Customers toilets very dirty, no proper/formal reception/waiting area while a customer is waiting for the car to be serviced. Worst waiting area I ever seen among all Toyota dealers
