Your products are really good from your cakes and bread, one area that really urgent attention is your Bakery, you will forever wait for your order to get to you. They won't call to inform you as what could be causing the delay, you as the client you will have to call them and you will be informed they be in your area after 20 minute, but you will wait a good 2 to 3 hours before they actually get to you.
