Poor service. Teller made mistake in punching wring product and i had to waste 40min of my time for them to correct thier errors without an apology non whatsoever. And sadly at some point i thought it was the colour of my skin they way they ddnt give a horse shoe about the urgency i was in...

Very friendly- but need an oil change in deep friersSlap chips tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Could taste the bitter in back of throat.

Very impressive. They could better the prices from a well known warehouse I gave them.

Poor serviceI purchased goods to the value of R8000 which included 2x 20l paint Smokey wings. After painting 80 percent of my house and paying labour for 10 days and was moving on to the 2nd 20l we came to realise the colour was not the same.I then contacted Felicia who works in the paint department at Buco the same time to notify her about this. Buco refuses to take responsibility for there mistake in the wrong colour that was mixed. They are offering me to just replace 2x 20l now with the correct colour and not wanting to compensate to the labour paid thus far. So i should folk out more money now to repaint my house for there mistake. This is Unacceptable for such a Big Multinational company. The manager was also requested to give me a call its been 4 days and no calls from him.

Bought bricks was promised delivery within 2 days, just to be given the run around and then to eventually hearing they don't have stock but was in a rush for me to pay for the material.

Absolutely fantastic hardware store that sells all type of supplies from plumbing,electrical,building, lighting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are fair in relation to other business's of the same type..
