Eagle Eye Tactical Response
This company's agents behave like cops, judge and jury. I was clamped today without warning at OR TAMBO 's cargo section and had to pay a hefty fine of R2000. My complaints fell on deaf ears. I was being sent from office to office without any clear solution. I will not recommend this security company to anyone. Except for a few good people, the majority of the staff is totally uncaring towards ACSA customers.

Absolutely appauling treatment from the guys at OR Tambo.Very disrespectfull. We parked in a spot that had NO signs to say that we are not allowed to park there. There was a government car parked there as well. They clamped us as we were walking towards them but said they dont clamp the government cars.This is just a tip of the full story.

The team at OR Tambo airport are rude and arrogant. Learn to speak like decent humans. Maybe send the staff to school to learn some manners. This company doesn't even deserve half a star.

My son was clamped at OR Tambo. He was told he could get off the car as he was fasting and not feeling well. As he got off and walked away the car was clamped. This is not acceptable as there are no markings to state that you will be clamped. My son was threatened. This is not acceptable from a security company.

This man Jan Oosthuizen owner take 70% deposits for installation and disappear with my money. 1 year he promise to bring the goods but never see it. I have open a case at the police station for theft against this man.

ORT departure gate A7. Thursday 8June, 19h00. Just saw your sec guy Sibusiso being very rude with a lady with 2 very small children - one a 7 week old baby. He insisted that she go and stand at the back of a long que, refusing her to sit down on a chair. The gentleman refused provide his name and wasn’t wearing a name tag. I had to go to his female colleague who was trying to protect him and only provided his name after i informed her that I will mention her name as well. Absolutely inhuman behaviour!

If I could give ZERO stars I would.....These security at Northern Perimeter Road in Bonaero Park are the rudest and are not helpful at all. I came to site a couple of months and now it is a problem if I bring my license to enter the premisses they still refuse to let me in.This is completely unacceptable.......I don't know how you run a business likethis....SHOCKING!!!

The most rude and incompetent security personnel I have ever come across. They think they are cops and above the law at OR Tambo freight section.They make you go around in circles and seems like they do favours in return for favours. THE WORSTPlease see your staff properly. They are absolutely rude and maybe give them name badges so they can be named and shamed!
