They came to fetch my broken washing machine to see if they could fix it, and charged a call-out fee that I was not aware of. They returned the machine and said it would be too expensive to fix. I sold my machine today for almost nothing, and the repair man who bought it fixed it in a few hours, therefore I lost a good machine and money.

Don't even bother with these guys. Ridiculous callout fee for repairs, and they didn't even try to fix the machine (which was fixed in about 30 minutes by another company).

Don't ever take your stove there for repairs, they rather destroy it than repair it and asked a lot of money.
