Had a Frank Bespoke suit tailored for my wedding. Short version? Poor communication, slow service, and low levels of attention to detail. Not recommended.Long version?I originally dropped the suit off with 4 weeks to spare before my wedding. I wanted to look great - who doesn't? I've never had a tailored suit before and it was my big day, so I went with tailors that came highly recommended.Unfortunately, both the speed and the communication involved in this process left a lot to be desired. I ended up only getting my first fitting the week before the wedding, despite numerous messages to enquire about the process in the preceding 3 weeks. It was extremely frustrating and anxiety provoking that despite my best efforts there was no real effort shown to get things done with any time to spare. I picked the suit up after the second alterations the day before leaving to get married - the exact last-minute scenario I had wanted to avoid.I was extra disappointed then when the morning of the wedding I tried the suit on to find that the two major items I had asked for repeatedly had not been done. My pant legs were too short (by a good ten centimetres or so) and the lining inside the jacket was not fixed properly, bunching up inside the arms. Instead of feeling confident and suave on my wedding day, I felt like I was wearing my little brother's suit, with pants riding up to my calves.Well, what more can I say - I'm married and the wedding was a jol. I am, however, very disappointed in your service as well as your craftsmanship.

What an awesome experience! The gents at Frank's are the business. A truly great experience, combining excellent tailoring with truly unbelievable service. I am a foreign based client and the Grant, the owner especially went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I would truly recommend Frank's to anyone looking for something actually special. If you don't believe it, don't take my word for it, head in to any of their boutiques and their craftsmanship which is always on display will tell you everything you need to know.

Frank Bespoke is truly bespoke. Grant sourced an incredible fabric for us and made the most magnificent suite and accompanying shirt, tie and cuff links for our sons Matric Dance in record time. Hugely appreciated. He looked AMAZING

Off the shelf suits are sooooo 1980s. You want the bespoke experience, come check out Frank Bespoke. Amazing service. The moment you walk into the store, the ambiance, the feel and the look of the place, you are certain it’s going to be amazing. Tailored suits to fit your budget. I got a 3 piece suit made out here, getting a Tux and Blazer next. Amazing stuff. Please, Never ever buy a off the shelf again.

There might have been a time when Frank Bespoke delivered 5 star service, but that was either before they had more than 10 customers and could service each individual order and/or before they employed the staff like Justin working in the Bryanston branch. Blatant lies, poor service, creating expectations that are not met and missing deadlines, that’s the order of the day now. Won’t ever see me again nor receive any referrals – FRANKly disgusted with the experience. Just on a simple item like a shirt…..completely delivered the wrong size, then delivered it with buttons and not cufflink holes, then delivered it with no cufflink holes and eventually delivered it after we had to delay our departure to the wedding in order to wait for the shirt’s delivery….and you still want to charge us full price for that shocking service?

Went to fank bespoke to have a suit made for my brother wedding about 1,5 months before. They took my measurements and 1 week before the wedding they were only ready for the first fitting. The suit was completely off at the first fitting 3 days before the wedding they call me to collect. The fit is still wrong it’s Friday today wedding is on Sunday and I don’t have a suit now. I do not recommend they people to anyone stay AWAY!

I ordered tailor made suits to the amount of more than R50 000.00. I did take the necessary measurements and did the necessary fittings. However on receiving the suits they were not good. the sleeves were so short to the extent that I cant even were the jacket. The pants had terrible looking plits at the back and very short.I need a remedy to this situation. I sent both Reggie and Justin a message. Justin responded to say he will take up the matter with his production manager. I did not hear anything from him yet. this is really not good. I hope that they will remedy the situation.

Terrible experience in Cape Town. They operate out of a co-working space, so they bring all samples into an empty room (and therefore don't bring the things you need to see, like button examples). My husband had to try on in the locker room. We had to constantly follow up for updates and to remind them to send reference images they promised in the consult. The consultant (Reginald) was late to both appointments, and super rude to me as the fiance, because I was asking questions and wanting to be involved in the process (borderline misogynistic). Maybe the experience in JHB is better, but definitely DON'T recommend if you're in CPT.
