Had an recurring issue which another bike shop neglected to sort out. Although it was a small issue Brent sorted me out, even offering for it to be done whilst I wait. Quick and responsive service via whatsapp and a detailed run down of cost and what labour was done. Can’t fault these guys! Highly recommended!

I had a slightly peculiar request as I have a jogging pram with air filled tires. I kept picking up punctures and wasn’t sure if I could be helped, but the shop came through and helped fix it all up! Met with lovely service from everyone there and a warm smile, I would recommend for sure!

Love this place. They know their sh!t and give great advice. Will try and squeeze you in for uncheduled small jobs. They will talk you through and show you what they doing so its clear for you. Also great coffee from their on-prem barista!

I dealt with Jeandre and had an awesome experience in purchasing a Titan Calypso for my son. As Knipe are closed on a Saturday he even offered to take it home so we could collect after hours. Awesome service, prompt and efficient, highly recommended!

Best bike shop this side of Cape Town by far. Always willing to help, expert advice and amazing work on suspension too. The personalised touches and communications regarding your bikes is a huge bonus. They 100% make you feel valued. Great turnaround times to boot. If they don't have it, they’ll find it. I send all my riding buddies there. Highly recommended.
