The man was on his phone so only noticed that I was in the shop after a few minutes. Was not helpful at all. I literally had to spell out everything. I asked if he had what I was looking for he says yes. I had to ask the price, he gave it. I had to ask if I can get the item. Is this the level of customer service? Disgusting.

What absolute terrible service from Computer Mania in Pinelands! Lazy staff who are even too reluctant to get off their chairs to help. I will spend my money where customers are appreciated - certainly not at this store!

I asked if it would be possible to replace the backspace key on my LAPTOP as the clip underneath it broke, but the agent kept telling me that I needed to replace the whole keyboard although its just the one clip that needs to be replaced. Absolutely laughable. Not sure if this is a marketing tactic or if you think customers are that stupid but I won't be falling for that.
