Jeffreys Bay parkrun
The run is beautiful. It was a bit windy but generally a good experience. The volunteers know what they are doing and were very helpful. There is a local cafe and market close by for breakfast after the run which is cool if you like to sit down and enjoy a hearty breakfast after exercise.

Loved the one lap route around the dam. Challenging last up hill part. But doable. Nice view of sea as well in distance

Beautiful parkrun through flat farmland with views of the wind turbines on the right and the sea on the left. Some pretty little dams and a nice wide track to run on. Easy run, I would do it again.

Well managed. Open to public. Great fun for all age groups and fitness levels.

Lovely setting. Most of the route is on a twin track gravel road through grass lands. Here and there a single track dirt path. Dog friendly. Not quite pram friendly, although you would be able to make it with some effort. Golden retriever owner left their mark for us to step in.

Awesome run. Volunteers are always friendly. Route is perfectly set out and always a pleasure to run it.
