Take long to do service ....manager always makes noise to the employees and they dont realy know...what they are doing ....the sad part is non of the employees went to school to study about cars

Horrible manager called Boka who is clearly untrained in customer service.He was so sexist and rude.I decided to leave without having used their services.

The car service city is a worst company I've ever seen, the manager lacks manners and no customer service skills. I took the car to be fixed, he failed to provide the insurance with records/documents which were at his disposal, when I told him what they want he informed that he works with insurance. I made several follow-ups with him and he kept on telling me that he is waiting for approval from the insurance, only to find out from the insurance when I called them that they are still waiting for service history I told him to send to them. I had to send a colleague to take pictures and forward to me so I can do same to the insurer. I was told one new story every day. He even told me that I can come take my car somewhere else if I'm in a hurry. My car stayed there for 1 month and two weeks. Do not take your vehicle to this company called Car Service city (shayandima branch)

Not Good, plugs were not changed on minor Service. I think that is robbery and not good.Plugs should be standard on minor Service.
