Absolutely pathetic service from this station on friday the 5 july went with brother and father to get ticket for my brother to travel to century due to him starting college on the 8 july . We go to ticket office only to find out the cleaner was there and no one else cleaner was there .she the cleaner tell us the lady working there was catching a train on one of the platform so as we aproached her by the platform and she is hides away from us playing hide and seek with us . she claim to be going to a meeting but no one fill in for her came on guys and the time we got there was about 10: 30 in the morning possibly cheating her hours
