Need more staff help customers

Worst experience! Made the mistake of piercing my ears at Lovisa which left me with two OBVIOUS assymetrical piercings. After returning and asking them to fix their mistake I was initially dismissed and told it's only my imagination running wild. After the sales consultants realised I'm not letting it go they informed me I had to pay another R350.00 to get my ears repierced. I left the shop and gladly paid R250.00 at a professional tattoo parlour to get my ears repierced, where I was also informed of the cheap quality of the lovisa earrings. I Will never waste another Rand by supporting Lovisa that couldn't even be bothered by apologising for the blunder they made with my ear piercing, not even talking about their unwillingness to repair the damage they caused.

No customer service whatsoever. Men walking pass the shop are more important than the actual paying customer. I'm willing to drive to Menlyn to avoid this shop.

Good Day,Dealt with a lady called Refiloe/Refilwe she is my ultimate fav!!!Customer centric I advised her of what I want she arranged and packed for me which my brother just went there to pay and collect!!!A genius in the making the store is lucky to have her.She made life easier for me

Really great experience. My niece and I pierced our ears here and Lerato, the young lady doing the piercings, was so good. They are perfectly placed and were done quickly, efficiently and with hardly any pain. The store has great stock and the earrings I've bought here in the past have lasted and lasted. I will definitely be back and hope the excellent service continues.
