Pulse injector services

Do not use this company. I have had a set of injectors for recon there for almost a year and they can't give it back to be because they have lost it. No response at all. Poor customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Worst possible service! Phoned in advance and asked about lead times etc. I was told two to three days max. I sent the injectors at great cost to them on Monday. The agreement was they would confirm receipt. Never happened. Later when I inquired, I was told they had a backlog and will get back to me. This morning, after three days, I am told they will gladly return my injectors if I can't wait my turn. I asked again what the new status quo would be, upon which they respond there are no spares available... This after three days in the dark. Nobody answers a phone there!

This place is a complete waste of time, why are they even still open. Guy in the workshop is an absolute joke, tried to tell me one of my injectors was faulty but it wasn't even properly screwed together that I was able to unscrew it by hand. Then the one injector that was faulty because I messed up the body, he replaced the body but did not even bother to pressure test as its overfueling because it has the wrong spacer behind the spring.

If i could give 0 stars I would !! Would not recommend them to anyone !!! Dealing with Beatrice is a pain.. She never comes back to you and then also when you follow up on injectors that was sent to them you must elaborate on which injectors you are talking about because the phone was stolen ( Got this story more than once )... I call BS this is not a trust worthy company how they still get any customers is crazy !!!

When i left them after the second attempt at trying to calibrate my injectors the guy asked me to please give them a positive review as they only get complaints reviewed.Well that ain't going to happen.At massive cost (including towing my Ranger for 400km from Bloemfontein) and getting a company in Alberton to repair the vehicle it is now finally working.The verdict.........the injectors not calibrated and one was sticking (fuel overrun)SORRY PULSE no cigar for your pathetic and costly reconditioning.the sales guy tried however the fault is with your mechanics.

I am very happy with service. I sent my Hino 700 in for reconditioning last Monday and got them back on Friday. Inserted on Saturday and my truck running perfectly. Staff very friendly and outgoing.Thank you pulse for your cooperation.

Honestly the worst possible service received. They worked on the car tested the Injectors after I paid R8000.00 the car started smoking had a knock in the engine the car was a total mess had to fight them physically to sort the car out which they failed to do. Guys please do not come to these guys they are big SCAMMERS.

Worst service ever. People do not answer there phones and customer had to run after them to find out the status in injectors. Bought recon injectors that were faulty . Tried to get hold of them to get the injectors returned for service exchange that’s when we had to drive after them to get answers. Bad after sale service.

Worse service, I bought a car from them on the 25th March. the car has been giving me problems since I got it. I was told the car is under warranty and they can fix it for me I have been given the run around by there staff. they always pass the blame and then they block you or don't take your calls.

Has to be the most Dishonest dealings I've ever had with a company before . Never been cheated out of money my like this ever . Sent them Ford Figo 1.4 tdci Diesel injectors which were faulty ,which they claimed they could recondition for an amount of R 6 000 -00 .(Must honestly admit that I had been warned of SCAMMERS it is not possible recondition these as there is no genuine Siemens repair kit available) After sending it to them and paying money into Rob Mackenzie's account to recondition it ,when it was returned , and performed exactly the same , even my mechanic said that it had probably just been cleaned up and returned without no proof or printed reports of improvements or repairs at all . After returning it , they sent a different set which was also basically just as bad . After taking it to a reputable Diesel Workshop and repair dealer to test with proper STATE OF THE ART test equipment , the printed test proved that these injectors FAILED . After spending more money on courier cost on returning it to them with the PRINTED FAILED TEST REPORTS , they now claim that my guarantee is no longer valid as I had an independent test done . Now injectors were not returned my calls don't get answered and I am now convinced these con artist has probably scammed someone else with my injectors. They not even willing to refund my money !
