I had the BEST Hollywood wax experience with Patience. She has such a warm and comforting energy and does extremely thoughtful work. Not only did I get a really incredible wax, but we had some good chats and laughs throughout. I highly recommend a friend!!! It rocked so hard and I wish I could take her back to the States with me.

Lotus beauty has become 1 stop shop for all my maintenance and here's why:1. They have managed to strike a great balance between professional and friendly. Patience and Isabelle are amazing! They feel like a safe space, to me energy is everything.2. Their booking process is seamless and if for what ever reason my appointment needs to be pushed out a few minutes, this has always been communicated well before the time.3. My nail sets have never fallen off they only grow out.4. The full pedicure is such a treat (Highly recommend).5. Lotus is my go-to spot for braids! As you can see from the pictures I always get a version of the same type of braids, but I've been going to them consistently for about a year now and they don't disappoint. They braid my hair while it's in its curly, natural state instead of needing" to straighten it or perm it first. It's really nice to be cared for by a Black-owned

Absolutely clean, beautiful customer service and the Owner - Loveline is an amazing woman and I must say that is the place to be at and have your lovely hair done both Guys and Ladies and they also have some pampering stuff if you wanna just relax and be taken Care of.

I have been seeing Patience and Isabelle every three weeks for almost a year now. They are excellent and meticulous in their work. Besides the incredibly professional service, their energy and friendliness ensures I leave smiling. A beauty shop experience par excellence!

Excellent service every time! I have had nail treatments by both Patience and Isabelle and they are both AMAZING nail techs. Lotus Beauty Lounge offers professional service at great prices and the ladies are always welcoming and kind. Plus they give great advice on choosing colours, nail shape, nail art etc. The experience is better than any of the big franchise nail salons. This business is quick to respond when you make an appointment and I have never experienced delays. So happy to have found them! Highly recommend!

I took my 7-year old little girl to have her hair styled. The same evening the hair became undone at the ends, and the next morning even more. I urgently contacted the salon for assistance, but they are closed on Sundays and leave their phones at the salon (I found this out Monday late afternoon when the owner eventually called me back). I had to find another salon to fix the problems before we returned home to the Garden Route. The salon is refusing to accept responsibility and to give me a refund, requesting more evidence that the fault was on their stylists side. What more evidence could possibly be needed? I sent them a photo of when the first braids became loose, and by Sunday I was panicked and my little girl was crying.

Patience have been doing my nails since 2014 and me, being quite a difficult customer have struggled to find someone who is a perfectionists but found this in her. She works fast, neat and with care and is absolutely wonderful in her job and as person. I definitely won't go anywhere else again and cannot recommend her highly enough!! Do yourself a favor and make that booking!
