Today was the second time I went to Truworths Parow Centre and the SECOND time that the que was almost out the door. Not because it was busy but because there is only one till person where they have 3 tills. Employees standing around talking watching as the que gets bigger but not doing a damn thing to help. This is the worst service I have ever seen at any retail store.

If I could give them a zero I would. Attitude of staff and customer service is pathetic to say the least. Only one cashier at the till with long queues. Terrible!
