Steve from Meter Mate is awesome. He has been helpful at every opportunity. He has returned my call even though I did not leave a message. He has helped and advised me after hours. His product knowledge and customer service is excellent and professional. The support staff are also great as they must have escalated my ananswered call without my requesting them to do so and the call was returned by Steve.

Poor service delivery. When a problem arises one cannot get hold of them outside business hours. I cannot load electricity and have had none since last night. Would not recommend them.

There is something not right with the Meter Mate usage. I recently moved in to a new complex with this electricity meter. I am literally watching the units drop. From the time I switched off my washing machine, when it reflected as 53.8 units left, to now 20 minutes later, and it is 51.3, with the units just dropping, when all I have switched on is my TV. I filled R500 on the 30th May, which converted to 186 units. I am not even halfway through the month and I am now down to 51 units. What is going on! This is such a rip off.
