FitChef has completely changed my life. The quality, portion size and price - all excellent. I never have to stress about what I have to cook, what to eat or if it is healthy. I usually decide in the morning what I will have for dinner and put it on my counter top. When I get home all I do is heat it and eat it. Grocery shopping is barely non existing. My time is used for hobbies. My health has improved and I have maintained my weight for the last 7 months without feeling that my food is boring. The Lasagna has generous portions of cheese and tastes like a Pizza. The pasta dishes are like comfort food. All the other dishes are of high quality and taste. I cannot but thank Wayne and his team enough fo making my life simple with quality food and improved health.

The Fit Chef Online Cooking Course is the best health investment I ever made! Geared myself up... Set a date.... DID IT... and am happy to say I am down 5.8kg in a matter of a month and a half! Have been battling for for years and have now found my niche and with the good planning and meal freezing there is NO excuse not to eat healthy or to stick to a balanced diet!

The staff at FitChef really go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. Simoné was nothing short of patient and understanding with me as I requested several changes to my order post delivery. Not only did she allow me to change my order but she arranged for a second collection/delivery swap at no extra cost to make sure I was happy with all my meals. It's very refreshing to experience such amazing customer service and I highly recommend FitChef for this reason as well as the convenience the programme provides. Thank you!

I am disgusted by the quality of the Fitchef mince meals. I loved the brand and the meals were tasty but I have now had 2 very horrific experiences. The first a few weeks ago when I bit into something rubbery and found what looked like pieces of valve from offal in my food. FC swore that the quality of their mince was good and that they did not use offal. Welllll... I chanced it again and ordered a different mince meal... 1 bite in tonight and there is something rubbery again in the meal.... another pipe/valve whatever that is offal related. I am disgusted. Beyond utterly disgusted

Getting a healthy load of meals for FitChef, makes our day.We love to cook, but after working a 12 hours workday.Warming up a healthy meal makes everything worthwhile.Your meals have saved us more than ones.Yummy, healthy just what every active human needs.And we love your juices two.

I have recently been using the salt River headoffice to select and purchase my meals. I am totally amazed by just how quick and effective it is, and this way one can choose from their entire menu. I ordered fitchef years ago, while their meals were ok, after days of eating the meals - it became a bit bland. Recently I did another months order and was so pleased when I tasted the meals. They obviously reworked the recipes and it tastes more home-cooked" now. With food companies one often sees a decline in quality but I'm happy to report the opposite. Well done! Also doesn't hurt that I'm loosing cm sticking to these meals."

Vegetarian meals are good but the delivery service in George area is shocking!!!

About 10 days into my challenge and I've already lost weight. So simple and easy to navigate the meal options. I love that this is linked to MyFitnessPal which allows me to track caloric intake and expense as well as macro balance! So so simple and I've even gotten my wife onto it. Definitely ordering again!

So I was VERY skeptical about them taste wise. I ordered and I can say the food is great. Remember to take out the food in advance and let it thaw in the fridge as they instruct you too. The variety is great. And the service exceptional Strongly recommended for anyone who has a SUPER BUSY lifestyle and wants to become healthier. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.
