Pleasantly surprised with how cheap the replacement parts are here for vacuums. Staff are also well informed.

When you buy an item at Verimark and you need to order a part, please do not expect too much. I ordered a part 1 month in advance and when I wanted to collect the part, they did not know anything about the order (even when I showed them the order via email) and could not find any part to replace mine. This was the third time. I therefore would buy at another shop next time. They cannot keep their own promises. Very disappointed!
