Had my cell phone screen repaired through Platinum Repairs and the service received was outstanding. Such a pleasure doing business an efficient and friendly company. Would recommend them every time.

My notebook was sent to Platinum Repairs by Naked Insurance. I must say that it was quite disturbing to hear my computer had to go from Cape Town to Johannesburg (of course, Platinum Repairs are not responsible for this but it is a lesson in preparation). I understood that the part needed to fix the notebook had to be sourced from abroad, but hearing - after two weeks without my computer - that the suppliers sent the wrong part was a shock. Again, this is not exactly their fault, but nevertheless very distressing because they had received the part on the Friday and only notified me of the mistake the following Tuesday. They did meet me halfway and gave me a discount to make up for the inconvenience, while handling it very well with no attitude or defensive language. I daresay that not many companies will go that extra mile. It was a terrible experience for me to be without my computer for so long as I am an online teacher and the loan computer I could afford could never live up to the little powerhouse notebook they were repairing. I think they handled the situation quite well, but sincerely hope they can learn from this and find better ways to manage delivery of parts.

I’m so glad I listened to my sister and took out a cover for my phone with Naked Insurance and Platinum repairs made things so so much easier for me. From collection to delivery. They communicated every step to me. The fact that they attended to my phone within the blink of an eye is top tier. The pack of sweets they packed it with on return melted my heart. Guys, 10/10 minus nothing. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

I am very happy with your services guys. Communication is always on point :). My Samsung s22 ultra screen repair was done fast even though they have to order parts first it didn't take time. I am also happy with the payment plan. It is reasonable, Thank you guys for the great service, and keep up the good work :)

Great Service as always - The turnaround time for this guys is super plus they come to your place assess 2 days they r back to fix the phone. You dont have to first sent your phone for assessments for days and get fixed while u wait for weeks - have done my repirs with this guys couple of times and it has never take them more than 4 days to assess and complete the repairs. Super Excellent service.

My Galaxy Note 20 Ultra looks brand new. Communication was great. They came to me to fix the phone at my work place, sooner than expected. Very happy with these guys. Deserving of 5 stars really.

I have been using Platinum Repairs for years now, and their service is exceptional. The workmanship is really good as well. There is always a surprise gift when I collect my device, whether it's a free cable or a packet of sweets, it is a nice little touch.

Needed my phone repaired but many stores did not have the part that needed replacement on my phone.Quick Google search and I found Platinum Repairs, made an enquiry and they told me they'd source the part for me and let me the price if I was interested in going forward.Long story short....their service has been amazing!
