Repaired my vehicle to a high standard and even sorted out a minor mechanical issue that was not caused under the original damage at no charge.

The repairs they do is proper and long lasting.Was greeted by happy staff ,and people who actually are interested in helping you and fixing the car.Spoke to Amy over the phone and she kept me informed along the process ,and made me aware of what is happening to my car every week.

Staff member, was friendly. But, I had a problem, with his recommendation and report on my vehicle. Tailgate to be repaired, when it had to be replaced. Which inconvenienced me, at the panelbeater. Who had to contact Outsurance, with new quote. Took time, before I got my vehicle seen to.

My friend's vehicle has been stuck here for over two weeks for repairs. Not answering phones promptly, cannot get hold of management for sorting out mess etc etc. I myself will not make use of their services

Our car was a victim of attempted theft, so the whole ignition barrel and everything was completely broken. The only reason we came here was because it was recommended by outsurance. We were never notified until after the repairs were made that the parts would be second hand, we also noticed they out a 2006 ignition barrel in my 2008 vw which i noticed later was already rusted, they broke my steering wheel adjustment handle and still wanted to charge me for it, they also broke my entire indicator system and wanted to charge me for that aswell. Also tried to swindle me out of 2500 to fix the central locking when my wife knew it was just a missing fuse, R5 later and i fixed it myself.

Worst experience of my life never been so dissappointed - had my car for 9 days

Great place to fix a broken car. Good honest people running a well cared for workshop.
