Yes the prices are cheap and reasonable but the service is very poor yoh and they need to do something about this, I mean, me & other 100 people have casually complaint about it

Service is always good Bought material for tiling and a shower door, going to Engonyameni. Bad roads there and weather is bad, but they still delivered. Van even got stuck we had to push it out.

I have never been so angry, came today bought tile special but I couldn't take my stuff because of transport, I asked if I can leave my tile 10 boxes of tile and cement and other stuff. I asked my brother to collect them for me they gave him 4x small blocks and shower mixer. Your stuff is useless. Petrol is soon expensive bona belibele ukunwebeka nje. Now we have waisted a trip because of you.

Poor service. Employees don't want help customers. They literally avoid you if you approach them for help. It has happened to me two times when I visited this hardware. The 3rd time I went there, it was the cashier who did not have time for me. She was chatting with her colleague. While serving me, she turned to somebody else and ask for his phone number. The service is very bad in that place.

Very bad service misleading prices on catalogue. Bought this yesterday only got 6 boxes instead of 9 showing on their catalogue.

It is a Spaza hardware you dont need to be there. First it how you get in there and lastly when you are inside you need to watch for moving forklifts.
