This is an excellent shop, mostly because of the friendly and extra helpful staff. You can take items you no longer want and sell them to their ultra efficient buying team, or browse around the shop and find a wide range of good quality products at reasonable prices

Very dissatisfied, I bought an air gun which was faulty. I took it back and the manager gave me another one with the same problem.i spoke to the manager named Samuel who wasn't very helpful at all. I wanted my money back but he refused even though I brought it back the day after. He said that I must take it for repairs and bring him the invoice. That's very unacceptable. I will never do business with cashcrusaders again. I'm nou sitting with something that's useless paid R1200 for it. I'm very unhappy.

Twas my worst experience ever.....the staff and the manager they were not helpful at all...especially the manager he doesnt have customer service at all...instead of him to listen to our problem he threatened us...afterall twas their mistake...they must change that manager or he must be taught how to treat human beings..whether poor or rich..he is very very rough with no respect.there is nothing special about being a manager..how can a manager threaten a customer instead of solving our complaints..he doesnt deserve that position

You have bad service there I don't even know where it is stipulated in your company regulations or ethics that customers who are wearing headdress have to remove before buying anything in your store. You should know that Military members they are having their head dress all the time and only taking it off when they are praying or eating.
