Phoned for help and advice at 19:00 Person on duty only phones back at 19:56 before they close and tells me we need a prescription. Could have gotten one if they Phoned back . This is not the first time receiving bad service from them

Operating hours listed as open until 20:00. Pharmacy’s door was closed today, 27/07 at 19:48. Lady stated that the system is busy with a backup and all four customers waiting in front of the door now have to look for meds somewhere else. Very inconvenient

Pathetic pharmacy with even worse pharmacists. They sold us crystallized antibiotics for an infant and refuse to take any responsibility. When the issue was raised they insisted that we should contact the manufacturer. The fact that they already have so many 1 star reviews is a clear indication of how they value the patients.

These people are not serious about service. For the umpteenth time my prescription was given wrong. That means a 4th and 5th visit to rectify it once again.
