I bought an engagement ring there made of silver. The price said R400 but the seller said it was R1400. There was not a 1 in front of the 400, so we looked at the other silver rings. None of them were above 700. We bought the ring as I thought maybe we are overthinking about it but had it evaluated at a jewellery shop that said we were ripped off. I already lost my slip and have had it for almost 2 months now. I would not recommend their services.

Only been here once last Friday and that was to see if we could get my daughters chain repaired due to its sentimental valve and was privileged to be served by Bianca.Met my emotional daughter where she was at. Explained the repair cost vs a replacement, discussed various strength chains, allowed her to try on various ones until she was happy and finally gave her jewellery piece a free clean so that everything sparkled.Bottom line was she took my daughter from a tears to smiles so what more could a Dad ask for from jewellery shop. :)Well done Bianca.

Just love this place exellent service and doing a stunning job

Very unhappy with the service. My string of pearls I bought in december, the clasp was faulty and had to be replaced..it took a week. The clasp that was replaced was very difficult to open and close and I also noticed a knot that was fraying in the string. I took it back again and they sent it away for a restring - took another week ++. As I was unhappy with the choice of clasp they replaced I requested them to please use another type that was on one of the other strings on display in the shop. I handed this in on 6th february - today is the 15th - emailed the client to ask when I could collect and called. Reply to the email today is that the supplier had a delay due to LOADSHEDDING. I am utterly shocked at the client service that has been offered, after spending a huge amount of money on an item I waited 2 years for to buy.
