UNLESS you have your own transport Do not waist your time to but at Kings HardwareTheir prices a very good compared to the other hardwares however, their delivery process is traumatic and I waited for the whole week to get my material. When i call the store to enquire about my delivery, they lied for more then 5 day saying the material has left the shop. It was bad because I had to start shouting at them and they started to take me serious. When you call the shop the guy will put you on hold while he Make you wait and crack jokes with his colleagues in the shop. He will say I will call you back and give feedback and he never calls back . Unless you have your own transport Do not waist your time to but at Kings Hardware .

Very busy store, reason being that their pricing suits the customers. Store is very cluttered but you eventually find what you need. Looking forward to them moving into their new store across the road it will definitely change your shopping experience with them.

Customer service has been really good. I also needed to return extra material that I had ordered and was not gonna be able to use and they accepted it back without any hassle. I only needed to provide my own transport to bring back the material. Other than that it was okay and they gave me credit back. The only disappointment was the attitude of some delivery staff. They didn't want to place the material inside the gate even though the gate is close to the road. So we had to argue about it before they did what we requested.But overall buying there has been good experience. I would buy there again.

Thought they would stock more stuff now that they are bigger, but still find myself having to go to other hardware stores

Do NOT waste your time with this company. Their communication, their attitude towards their customers is appaling. Mohammed promised me more than 3 times to call back and am still waiting for a call.I had waited 2 weeks to get hold of somebody on Facebook with no reply. I called their Phone number on Google... This number doesnt exist!!!I ordered a ECO Tank and they had promised Delivery today, 22nd March 2023. ... This was a GIFT for my Dad for his Birthday Today... Guess what.. he didnt receive his gift! Prayer Phoned me asking for Directions as they said they were on their way to deliver the Eco Tank. I then get a call saying they have NO STOCK of this item.I have made more than 7 phone calls to this company and all i get is rude, arrogant people answering the phone.I purchased my other ECO Tank from you, and out of loyalty I have come back to your but clearly this is a mistake. Cashbuild have the EXACT same Tanks in stock for R1200 less!!Listen to customers and understand their requirements - these people pay your salaries!!!You will never see me supporting this business!!!!!!

Good evening, Today I visited the Kingz Hardware in Winkelspruit in support of thier Grand opening. I was however highly disappointed in the service I got from the delivery service, especially because when I made the purchase it was effortlessly done and the stuff was super friendly. One of the three men that were delivery the 20 bags of cement I ordered was very rude and argued back and forth me insisting he would not put my cement into the storage room as it was too heavy for him to carry. I offered him a wheelbarrow and he responded with Why don't you use that wheelbarrow to carry the cement into the storage" . As far as he was concerned he was going to leave the cement in the yard because he wanted willing to carry it all the way

We tried to buy a Jojo tank and they really messed up the sale. They got the order wrong and when we phoned they were very rude.

My experience is really bad. I bought material a month ago and still the delivery is not complete. The builder has started working already but can't continue because of the other material still need to be delivered. There is no explanation and when you call either the put the phone on the side or they pick up and talk their own stories on the background. When they do attend to your call they give empty promises. There have bringing this material tomorrow for more than 2 weeks now.
