I had such a great experience with my claim. Incident took place on Sunday evening. Submitted claim documents on Monday and the claim was finalized and paid by the Tuesday. Such a refreshing experience!

I have pet insurance through Dotsure. I have never dealt with a more pleasant insurance company. You receive the most amazing service, everytime. I submitted a claim at 6pm last night and it was processed and feedback given by 11am this morning. We never have hassles with payouts. I cannot more highly recommend Dotsure for pet insurance!

I am so happy with Dotsure, they are phenomenal with my claims, they pay normally within 24 hours. The effiency is outstanding. I always promote Dotsure and I wish they had human medical aid.

Stay far away from this company. on the Pet insurance, these people hardly cover the bills when it comes to your pets. But hey, their response will be the standard response they give to each unhappy customer. Cancel and move along. There are better pet insurance companies out there.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They're a horrible vehicle insurance.All their excesses are crazy and a hidden excess because driver is younger than 30 years of age"? Dotsure is THE WORST. Definitely do not recommend it to anybody. Don't fall for the cheap premiums"

Highly unsatisfactory experience with a simple motor claim. Communication from dotsure was extremely poor, as was the efficiency of handling and processing the claim. I would not recommend this insurance company looking for a competitive and effective insurance experience.

Please give us our money back. We asked you to cancel your insurance. It does seem like you are a horrible insurance company. You are stealing our money without our authority. We don't want your services. Return our money please. An insurance that charges for an admin fee is the first for us.

I've never had car insurance before and don't know if this is the service they all offer. But looking at other reviews it seems like they picky with good service. Its been a week now and I always have to call them to find out about my car after they have towed it. If they don't want to deal with it they'd rather bring it back and I'll deal with it myself. I thought insurance is supposed to be there when unseen circumstances occur but this insurer hasn't. If it keeps going on this way I'd rather change my insurer.

I have beèen following up on my claim since december,consultants promise to call back but never do. Iam glad that those I recommended still have a chance to leave this insurance.After paying for four full years,they still want me to run after them with every little thing.People must not waste their time ans money,Iam exhausted!

They would get zero stars if it were up to me. I have been paying for pet insurance for the past 6 years without claiming. My doggie is on the superior plan and they didn't even cover half of the Vet bill. Please stay away!!! rather use competitors.
