I am extremely unhappy how things are dragged for time, waiting 2 and a half weeks for guarantees and 2 weeks for feedback from the Bank.We sold our house in February to New owners Potgieter... The process started with the agreement/ asking our Attorneys to Lodge by end of April. This was planned so that we don't pay 2 property's. 19 March our Bond Attorneys were almost ready to Lodge, waiting on the guarantees. 2 and a half weeks later our transfer attorneys received them 7 May. 2 weeks later i called them and there were no feedback/ proceed from the Bank. 1 hour later after my call and out of the blue suddenly there's feedback from the Bank (Fnb) that the Gas Certification doesn't show the house number. It literally took me 5 min to call the guy and getting the updated certificate. So telling me it took 2 weeks for Fnb to tell us the Gas Certification is wrong? This could have been resolved very quickly.Monday coming is our 2nd unplanned debit order going through that we cannot afford, we can't afford2 properties every month. At the end of the day no one cares if you can't afford it.

Terrible service, Balwin properties forces you to use CDH and it's the worse service I've received from any lawyer. The first lodgment didn't go through, their fees are ridiculous and they never keep you up to date with a report. On the purchase side of my new place I had no issues compared to CDH

The service was great. The gentlemen helping us was very helpful , explained everything In detail and made sure it's understandable. The building is beautiful.

No response from the attorneys on the status of my transfer. The matter has been outstanding for over 3 months. Very poor service. Would not recommend

Professional service from all staff. Beautiful offices and boardroom space. Wifi available to guests including a beverage of choice. The macadamia cappuccino is my favorite.
