This regional office helps a lot of people who have a problem with their electricity and even those who want to apply for new electricity connections. It's modern building boasting of world class technology, we rural folks are shocked the technology inside there. Their customer service is great, trust me I've been there many times. Actually i have just had my place got a new electricity connection.

They have shity service, they also very unfriendly especially the Technicians. Someone has to deal with their attitude. They lack sense of time as they do things according to how they feel and more importantly, they are extremely greedy for money.
