Jonathan Gilberg Clinical Psychologist

Jonathan is an amazing psychologist, he puts the needs of the patient first. He has always been flexible with the timing of my appointments as I have a busy schedule, and he was willing to go through a confirmation process with my foreign insurance that no other psychologist was willing to do.Jonathan does SHIP therapy, which I had never heard of before seeing him. I found it to be the most effective form of therapy I have ever tried, and it definitely sped up the process of my healing journey.I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs psychological support. He is well informed and always putting in maximum effort to ensure his patients are getting the most from their therapy.

After years of therapy and rehashing my traumatic childhood i got to a point where the coping techniques i had learnt in my adult life were no longer sufficient to keep me emotionally and physically living the life i knew i was capable of. The ground breaking solution was the combination of Jonathan’s extremely professional and kind nature and his passion for allowing the mind and body to systematically work through subconscious patterns of past trauma and undealt with experiences. Working with Jonathan has changed my life and I’m so deeply grateful for the path Jonathan has walked with me.
