What a great service that i got from Andy TV Repairs, my TV was hit by lightning i took it to Andy Electrical work shop in Randburg they fixed my tv while i was waiting at a very short period of time, thanks to Andy.

A totally amazing experience!! Professional, knowledgeable and totally client focused. When my TV was damaged (load shedding or lightning) was expecting a week long process, in the end it was 6.5 hours between my call and when Andy returned my working Samsung TV. When Andy arrived, he quickly opened the TV, took some measurements and confirmed that he could repair the TV. One hour later he called with a quote based off the price of the replacement parts. When he made the repairs he found that some other parts were damaged (an IC in the main board and some backlighting LEDs). Nevertheless he stuck to his original quote and did not charge me for these.

Great service from Andy! Picked up my TV, repaired it and dropped it off all in 24 hours.Kept me up to date with progress of sourcing the parts and went above and beyond to make sure he found them.Thank you Andy. I appreciate the great service and sorting my TV out for a reasonable price.

Still waiting for Andy to return to fix my parents TV, that was still under his warranty from his first repair. Broken promises since July.

Horrible experience, dropped the phone in my ear when I called and asked him to check on my tv he fixed" that couldn't connect to my PC - very unprofessional; kept me waiting on the first call-out and I had to remind him of the appointment (he arrived two hours later). Straight-up told me he had many other customers that he had to attend to (guess I wasn't a priority anymore as I paid him in full for a job half done)."

You now have acknowledgement of purchasing the tv from me, so why when i contact url for the balance of the payment i get more excuses or no responses, i dont see how this is good customer service or building trust between them, and lets clear up another statement, it was not a broken screen tv, tv had no picture and only sound, you repaired tv twice and it still gave problems, so I really dont know how url been repairing it, url offered the price of R2000 saying your will use it to sell parts, trusted and given the tv thinking url were truely professional and trust worthy, guess i was wrong, Tv was purchased for R2000, Url only paid R1000, going over a year i have been asking for the balance, i have all the proof you need about this agreement.
