Service is so bad. No one called me for 3 days after i booked in my phone. Whatsapp service on site not working. You struggle to get hold of the VA shop on the listed number. I had to track them down vis the head office only to find out know one knows of my phone. After receiving my confused report i donno, the email says one thing snd the report another.This used to be such a good repair shop and i always used them for batteries etc. Has ownership changed?Not recommended.

The rear cover of my Samsung S20 shattered after I accidently dropped it. I took it to Real Repair Company at V&A immediately and they replaced it in 1.5 hours for R1317. Kirsten provided exceptional service from start to finish. I highly recommend this place.

I booked my device in via the website. No one contacted me regarding this. It doesn't seem like their whatsapp business number is working either as messages are not going through. Would advise to call their headoffice number as it seems the technicians are located at different cellphone stores. Check first whether there are technicians available at your selected branch before booking your device in online. A useless feature.

I dropped my iPhone and shattered the back glass. Took it in to get a quote and was seriously impressed with the detailed information provided and the options given. I decided not to repair but rather look out for a newer pre-loved model. Even though I told the consultant I have to shop around he was still very helpful and forthcoming with advice.

My biggest regret. I took my phone in to repair my screen in September 2020. I took it back because the fingerprint sensor was not working and it had been working before the repair, I had only used my phone for a month. They told me they'd have to test a new screen but they are out of stock so they'll call me. I went back after a week still no stock. They never called me. I went back so many times and it was the same story. The last time I went there was 2021, still no stock. They last person I spoke to was Kirsten whom I had spoken to before. He called headoffice and they said they had stock and he promised he'll call me in a week. Until today I've not been helped. A very expensive regret. It's a hard no from me. Never again.

The service at this place is ridiculous! They don't respond to your queries and aren't interested in the customer. The lady at the counter isnt interestsd to assist anyone. I would never trust them again with my iPad and phone.

The company is not Vat registered and they withheld this information from me. My phone is heating up from time to time after I changed the battery there. They also dropped my phone, luckily it didn’t break.
