Customer with a post box at PostNet Bela-Bela and very frequent user of their services. Living out of town where door to door is not practical, the PostNet guys are my door. Great service, nothing is a problem or too much trouble for them. Very satisfied customer and highly recommended.

Sent documents on the 8th of December via PostNet, decide to track the parcel and it says package not found. The parcel has not reached its destination . Please tell my documents have not been lost!!!!

Thank you to Armand that went above and beyond to help me with my parcel I desperately needed to get in time. Even when the shop closed cause of loadshedding, he still found my parcel, phoned me and waited for me to go get it. Thank you so much.
