I called and placed an order. The lady informed me that it would be ready in 20 minutes for collection. When i had arrived at Roman's Pizza Tambotie mall and a whole hour had passed since placing the order telephonically i decided to question the staff member. Who got all distressed and jumping up and down talking to the other staff members in their native language.Eventually the manager came to me and apologized uncontrollably about how they had misplaced my order (that i had already paid for B.T.W) And had a cash slip as proof.and that they would have it ready in the next 5 minutes.Long story short.26 minutes later. I had my pizza's.Total waiting time for a phone in (CALL AND COLLECT) 1 HOUR 39 MINUTES.this was by far my worst experience at Roman's Pizza to date

Today 24th September 2022 i bought 4 small pizzas. Mushroom one was delicious but the 3four in one was bad. Other slices didnt have bacon. I wish i could have open them to return them.some was just a taste of bacon and was too dry . It has ugly smell of old oil when it was cold. . They looose their touch

Horrid service. Waited almost 2 hours for deliver of 2 pizzas. Tried to call the store, no answer. Contact customer support online and they just say they will get the store to phone back. Call again, they finally answer after 8 minutes on hold and say the driver has left already. I live 2km from the store and 20 minutes later still no delivery.
