Always a pleasant experience whenever I visit this branch, excellent service, the staff is always friendly and smiling, but I must say my experience today was by far the best, I went in to get my phone repaired, the Apple doctor at this store is more than just a technician, he repaired my phone in less than an hour, made me feel at home just from his humility and the way he speaks to clients, he's the apple specialist indeed,he made me feel like cracking my screen again and coming back for another repair just for his company. I would definitely recommend this Apple doctor to anyone who needs a repair. Thank you so much Humphrey,

Such a pleasant experience here! Thank you to everyone for being so helpful and friendly. I got my screen replaced last year and it was giving me issues. They resolved them under warranty with no problems!

They promise you the moon that if something is wrong with your phone you can exchange it with warranty, call celucity and it permanently goes to auto bot, got to the store everyone on their cellphones, complained about the call service, so want to exchange my phone for a new one since the one I bought is faulty, no technician their don't help to care, say must take it to fourways mall Vodacom just to get there and there is no technician available for as they are on holiday and only sales department is open, have a faulty phone and celucity Melrose arch didn't replace it even with my slip. They breaking consumers act so I'm going to court to sue them for alot more for making my time unpleasant.

The service received from the team at Cellucity is always very good. The Apple Doctor, Humphrey, is outstanding. His manner is friendly and polite, he is very patient and most importantly he knows what he is doing. He resolved a complicated technical issue for me in no time at all, all the while with a smile. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Apple Doctor to anyone who needs their Apple device repaired.
