Johan is friendly and understanding, problem is with those he has employed at the workshop. The gearbox was reconditioned and mounted, but there was undercar noise I detected, caused by some loose and missing bolts. The clutch inspection plug was also not replaced leaving the gearbox vulnerable to water damage and other contamination. I had to return the car for the correction of errors negligently made. They also need to keep on updating the client in terms of developments,but no one bothered to update me as the client.
