My wife and I were in and out within an hour. We found the security, reception and consulting staff to all be friendly, helpful and efficient.Just remember- people tend to give back what they receive. If you are grumpy or rude don't expect smiles in return.

So impressed! I went on a Thursday morning, it wasn’t too busy. I was directed to the eFiling support section and the staff were friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. I was in and out in 30 mins with my problem sorted.

The lady that helped me with registering for my tax number was very good, but it took FOUR hours to get to there. Incompetent in terms of keeping the line moving. Most of the tills were not even manned and there was almost zero concern for the people waiting in line for hours on end. How can you employ an automated system that does not work? The premises were very clean though...

Sars Randburg was helpful.I arrived at about 15h30 on a Friday and they were able to assist me.There are assistants who help guide you through the system on their computers.They were patient even with the elderly who don't know much about technology.They ensured that everyone inside left satisfied even though it was past their working hours.
