The worst service ever, this guys cant keep to their set appointments after 2 days off messing me around. I booked an appointment at 9 today , 10:30 they havent even touched my car. Dont do business with this branch. And after they eventualy took my car in, there is paint work scratched. Car alarm cables damaged and pulled off. This guys is not profesional.

Arrived at PG Auto Glaas to repair and Winscreen chip. Assesmnet done, and no, they cant fix it, lets put in a claim for new windscreen. Drive the 120m to Glassfit Menlyn, 25min later, Windscreen Chip repaired. No problems at all!. Such bad services from PG Glass.

Pathetic service lodged a claim 2 weeks ago and still haven't received feedback after i have called them 5 times and everytime they say they will phone me back. My Insurance already approved the claim two weeks back and still nothing from PG Glass.

I had the best experience with the technician who replaced my windscreen - Bennie. He would call me when something seemed out of place, he showed me exactly what he did to fix it and he did an excellent job replacing my windscreen. Very neet and excellent work! Will definitely come back to them (him) again!!

Technician tried to teach me how to use my own car after breaking my rain sensor. Then tried to tell me I broke the same sensor. Admin staff were amazing but the technicians were absolute rubbish.
