Upon arrival we were served straight away. The staff were very friendly, efficient and professional. Although we only had coffee while we were there, it arrived piping hot. Mugg and bean has a wide variety on their menu in general. It is also very clean and kept in a good state at all times.They always have top quality food and drinks across the board on the menu

As Mugg & Beans go, this isn’t a bad one. I enjoyed it. The waitron - Lucky - was a gem and we enjoyed his smile and lovely attitude. Would definitely ask for him to serve me if I went back.The meals themselves were fine. The mozzarella, chicken & mayo sandwich was good but the salad dressing was way too sweet for my liking.On the whole, however, a good and adequate mid-tier restaurant experience. Thank you Lucky!

Only had drinks there, waitress got the tea order wrong but apologized. Was able to have a business meeting in a quiet corner.
